Ad Sales team as Ad Ops Specialist.

Who we are looking for

Someone who is used to working on multiple projects simultaneously and is capable of maintaining oversight and structure. You know what it takes to make a client happy and you have enough charm and convincing power to get fellow team members to deliver their tasks on time. You will be part of a team that works and plays hard, jokes around but is also very keen to score and always has the team's best interest at heart.

About the role

On an average monthly basis we run over 100 international advertising campaigns on our full screen platform, and this number is growing rapidly. All campaigns are organised, implemented and managed very accurate, but we need someone to join our passionate team and help carry the daily workload. Main responsibility is to fulfil your part of the sale order; assist to implement campaigns, monitor campaign performance, take care of reporting and help maintain the Ad Sales back office.

As Ad Ops Specialist you are part of the workflow process and software systems (e.g. Salesforce and OpenX) that are used to sell, prepare, serve, target and report on the performance of our high-end advertising campaigns. You will be handling (basic) traffic matters for our international client database in cooperation with the team and you’ll report back to the Head of Ad Sales Operations.

Please note; this position is only open for candidates who already live in The Netherlands.  

Desired skills and experience

  • Good written and verbal Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of Excel, Salesforce and Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Digital ad campaign reporting and 3rd party ad tag implementation are familiar to you
  • Applicable experience is an advantage
  • Affinity with client care and strong project management skills
  • Help optimise and further improve the current workflow
  • Working under pressure and to deadlines, both independently and as a team
  • Natural ability to work in a structured manner and keep overview
