The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for making a product team operationally successful. You will work closely with the team and the Product Owner to outline the team’s roadmap and priorities. You are responsible for effective product delivery and evolving working processes. You foster great team dynamics, helping people grow both personally and professionally. You’ll interact with a diverse set of stakeholders from across the organisation, and will monitor and report on progress against deliverables and targets.
Your primary concern is serving the needs of your team. You help them focus on what’s important, acting as an advisor and mentor. You remove blockers and shield them from distractions, but overall ensure they deliver an amazing product experience.
