We are looking for a HR Director to shape and deliver our employee experience.

As HR Director you will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing our employee experience. Covering all employee touch points from candidate attraction to employee retention, we are looking for someone who can shape our employer brand, both internally and externally.

We need a strategic HR thinker with a hands-on attitude to help us reach our vision.

As a people focused organisation that puts a focus on culture, you’ll need to balance the needs of a growing company in a fast paced and competitive talent market with providing progressive HR plans.

You will shape the people vision and lead the HR team. Together your team will be overseeing all elements of the HR functions. This includes taking responsibility for ensuring we get the best of our people by providing programs including everything from compensation and remuneration planning, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, talent management, recruitment, HRIS systems, diversity and inclusion, and HR strategy.

You and your team will play an essential role in carrying out the strategic goals and actions required to fulfil our company strategy.


 


What you’d be working on

  • Review and develop a new Personal Development Plan and ensure everyone has clear goals that are continually reviewed throughout the year.
  • Shape our compensation and talent retention plans
  • Lead our internal Culture Club team responsible for People Happiness and employee Unification
  • Further automate Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Build our employer brand
  • Shape our learning and development cycles
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 people, which consists of an HR Operations, L+D Manager and Recruitment Manager.

People > Profit: With your commercial understanding you are clear on what you can deliver to ensure our people focused culture keeps it longevity despite changes to our market and business.

Role Model: You adhere and role model our values and ensure others do as well. You consciously drive them across the business by integrating them to the work that you do.

Experience:

  • Relevant other qualification or have equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working as a HR generalist. 7 years+
  • A proven track record of HR leadership in a digital organization that includes leading a high performing team and shaping the strategy for people and talent;
  • Hands-on experience with Dutch employment law, Wet Poortwachter and other legal and contractual matters
  • Robust planning and organization skills in day-to-day HR operations from payroll to benefits, to performance review loops and policies and everything in between- being able to anticipate potential problems and challenges is key;
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills and able to work as part of a high performing team;
