The Junior Project Manager, Arts & Education position offers an opportunity to spearhead multiple initiatives that directly impact company growth.

The Role

In this role you will lead cross-functional projects that leverage multiple internal and third-party stakeholders, helping to shape WeTransfer's collegiate programming in the US. 

The main tasks will be to scope and plan projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, helping shape the timeline, deliverables, budgets, and targets for each, respectively. 

To deliver integrated campaigns for each respective project that communicates a cohesive narrative that can be amplified in press, on WeTransfer, and across social platforms. 

Role and responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinate a group of cross functional stakeholders incorporating events, content, PR, partnerships, product, and more into cohesive campaigns that drive WeTransfer's objectives in education
  • Hire and manage 3rd parties as needed to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Coordinate third party contributors, talent, and ambassadors for each project to fortify our relationships, maximize engagement, and deliver value to our partners
  • Coordinate all production details for events inclusive of venues, local relations, and event-day production
  • Coordinate production details for internal and 3rd party content teams inclusive of locations, permits, and talent coordination
  • Collaborate with partner office in Amsterdam to integrate projects and milestones into broader company roadmaps
  • Oversee timeline, contracts and budgets for each respective project to deliver results on time, on budget, and with all appropriate rights


Who we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering on and offline projects that incorporate events, content, partnerships, and integrated campaigns to deliver success.

We need you to have:

  • 1-3 years experience with co-ordinating cross functional teams to deliver complex projects on and offline, with a focus in collegiate marketing
  • Experience with event production, partner management, project coordination (timeline, budgeting, permits, contracts), integrated marketing and content delivery
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and communications
  • A relationship-driven approach to project management with an ability to inspire, motivate, and keep stakeholders engaged
  • Keen attention to detail with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • An appreciation for best-in-class execution and operational efficiency
  • Self starter mentality, are well-organised and comfortable leading initiatives without hands-on management

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in hiring and managing 3rd party production partners, with coordination of remote teams
