But we took the long road instead, our service is now not just about sharing files, it’s about sharing experiences and creativity.

At WeTransfer, we are using ‘native content’ to build better relationships with our users. By partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands and exciting creative-minds we are able to deliver beautiful and relevant content whether it’s paid for or not. They add relevance, experience and creativity to our platform. We’ve established a community that brands can legitimately be a part of, and that’s something no click through can buy.

The Happiness Troupe is a seven-headed team of rockstars taking excellent care of a global user base, from our homestead in Amsterdam. We talk with our users through the tickets they send in on Zendesk, their messages on Facebook and Twitter, and via live chat for our Plus users.

Our team is likely to be the first and only contact users will have with WeTransfer as a brand and a service. That's why we need you need to live and breathe our tone of voice and be a true company ambassador.

It's up to you to make sure we offer the best support possible across all channels. You understand user needs and product development, can pitch your ideas constructively, and are able to be the voice of the user within the entire company.

Who we are looking for?

  • Great language skills are required.
  • You know how to fly solo, but you're also a great team player. Experience in support is nice - but not required.
  • We believe nerds rule the world, and knowledge is power. If there's something you don't know, you'll go and find the answer.
  • A keen eye for product development and the ability to translate user needs into action. You're a pro at reading between the lines.
  • On point communication skills across the board. You're not a robot, you stay away from buzzwords, and are up for real conversations with users and your colleagues.
  • You do not require visa sponsorship.
