We're looking for an experienced support superhero to join our LA office. Do you have what it takes to talk to a monthly fanbase of over 40 million people?

What you'll be doing

You're likely to be the first and only contact users will have with WeTransfer as a brand and a service. That's why we need you need to live and breathe our tone of voice and be a true company ambassador. Perfect English is a must and a second language (either French, Spanish or German) is a huge plus.

Aside from the conversations you have with our users, it's up to you to make sure we offer the best support possible across all channels. You understand user needs and product development, can pitch your ideas constructively, and are able to be the voice of the user within the entire company even while working remote.

Being Dutch is part of WeTransfer's DNA, and we honour those roots. You'll be trained extensively by the Amsterdam team, and have multiple touch-points with them weekly.

What are we looking for?

  • You know how to fly solo and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role at a tech company or start-up.
  • We believe nerds rule the world, and knowledge is power. If there's something you don't know - you'll go find out to find answers.
  • Bilingual skills are a huge bonus. Fluency in German, Spanish or French will get you everywhere - next to perfect English, of course!
  • A keen eye for product development and the ability to translate user needs into action.
  • On point communication skills across the board. You're not a robot, stay away from buzzwords, and are up for real conversations with users and your colleagues.
