What you'll be doing
You're likely to be the first and only contact users will have with WeTransfer as a brand and a service. That's why we need you need to live and breathe our tone of voice and be a true company ambassador. Perfect English is a must and a second language (either French, Spanish or German) is a huge plus.
Aside from the conversations you have with our users, it's up to you to make sure we offer the best support possible across all channels. You understand user needs and product development, can pitch your ideas constructively, and are able to be the voice of the user within the entire company even while working remote.
Being Dutch is part of WeTransfer's DNA, and we honour those roots. You'll be trained extensively by the Amsterdam team, and have multiple touch-points with them weekly.
